Prize: One (1) winner will receive a five hundred dollar ($500) IAA account credit (the “Prize”). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $500.00. Total ARV of all prizes is $500.00. The Prize will be applied as a credit to the winner's IAA account and has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. No refund will be given if the winner’s account is canceled or terminated for any reason whatsoever prior to the expiration of the one-year registration term.  The prize must be accepted as awarded, or the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Once the winner accepts the prize, the winner is solely responsible for payment of taxes, if any, for the Prize awarded, even if, for any reason, the winner does not use the Prize. All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize substitutions, cash equivalent, or transfer of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of IAA Holdings, LLC (“IAA” or “Sponsor”). IAA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a Prize or portion of a Prize of greater or equal value if the advertised Prize is unavailable.  

To Enter: The Sweepstakes begins on Monday, August 3, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on Monday, August 31, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. CT, comprising one (1) calendar month (the “Sweepstakes Period”).   

To enter the Sweepstakes, an eligible buyer may earn one (1) entry into the random drawing during the Sweepstakes Period by either: (a) completing five (5) qualifying IAA Transport tows during the Sweepstakes Period; or (b) enrolling in Auto Tow (details at https://www.iaai.com/buying-services/iaa-transport-delivery) at their local IAA branch during the Sweepstakes Period. Only completed and paid for tows will count toward entry eligibility; any transport order that is canceled during the Sweepstakes Period will be excluded from the Participant's qualifying tow count. Enrollment in Auto Tow at more than one (1) IAA branch is permitted but only one (1) enrollment will qualify as an entry. Enrollment in Auto Tow is free and may be canceled at any time. Participants may earn additional entries through towing activity, with one (1) additional entry earned for each additional set of five (5) completed qualifying tows during the Sweepstakes Period (e.g., five (5) tows = one (1) entry; ten (10) tows = two (2) entries; fifteen (15) tows = three (3) entries; and so on). Notwithstanding any other provision of these Official Rules, the maximum number of entries any one Participant may accumulate during the Sweepstakes Period, across all methods of entry combined (including qualifying tows, Auto Tow enrollment, and the Free Alternate Method of Entry), is twenty-five (25). All qualifying activity must be completed during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Individuals who do not follow all of the instructions and/or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of the Sponsor may be disqualified. Sponsor's records and systems are the official record for determining qualifying tows, Auto Tow enrollment, and timing for this Sweepstakes.  

Free Alternate Method of Entry: NO PURCHASE OR TOWING ACTIVITY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. To enter without completing qualifying tows or enrolling in Auto Tow, a Participant may hand-print their full name, complete mailing address, the email address associated with their IAA account, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped, first-class envelope to: IAA Sweepstakes AMOE, Two Westbrook Corporate Center, Suite 1000, Westchester, IL 60154. Each mail-in entry must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received no later than five (5) business days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Each separate, individually mailed request equals one (1) entry, and there is no limit on the number of entries a Participant may obtain through this method, provided each request is mailed separately. Entries obtained through this Free Alternate Method of Entry have an equal chance of winning as entries obtained through qualifying tows or Auto Tow enrollment.  

Entrants may not enter with multiple email addresses, nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to enter multiple times or as multiple entrants. Any person who is found to have entered or in any way attempted to obtain more than the authorized number of entries will be disqualified, and all of their entries will be voided, all as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any eligible individual participating in this Sweepstakes shall be a “Participant.” Participation must be by the Participant. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email/account. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Participant, the Authorized Account Holder of the email/IAA Buyer account used to enter the Sweepstakes will be deemed to be the Participant. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an account by the organization that is responsible for assigning such accounts or the account associated with the submitted email address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized email/IAA Buyer account holder. If the identity of the individual who participated in the Sweepstakes cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected individual’s entry will be deemed ineligible. Participants are required to provide truthful information, and Sponsor will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. Sponsor will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of Sponsor’s website, or otherwise in violation of the Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to make changes in the Official Rules, including the substitution of a prize of greater or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. The Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of a prize. Sponsor is not liable to a winner or to any other person for failure to supply the prizes described herein (or any part thereof) by reason of such prizes (or any portion thereof) becoming unavailable or impracticable to award for reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, or for any force majeure event, technical or equipment failure, terrorist acts, labor dispute, pandemic, or act/omission of any kind (whether legal or illegal), transportation interruption, civil disturbance, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor.  

 

Drawing: On or about September 16, 2026, a random drawing from all eligible entries received will be conducted by Sponsor to select one (1) Sweepstakes winner. The winner will be notified via the email address associated with the winner's IAA account on or about 72 hours after the random drawing takes place. The winner may also be announced on IAA-owned social media channels. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Participants need not be present to win. All potential winners are subject to eligibility verification by the Sponsor. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF NOTIFIED OF BEING A WINNER, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED.  

If a potential winner cannot be contacted using the information provided or fails to respond to Sponsor’s attempt to notify them of selection within three (3) days; if any notification is returned as undeliverable or yields an error of undeliverable type “bounce back” email (regardless if the message is ultimately delivered to the recipient); if Sponsor is unable to verify potential winner’s eligibility; if potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules in any way, in IAA's sole determination; if any Prize is returned undeliverable; if a potential winner is unable or unwilling to accept the Prize as stated; or if the potential winner cannot be verified as eligible for any other reason, the potential winner is disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries, until the Prize is awarded or until two (2) attempts have been made to award the Prize and each attempt has failed. Sponsor will identify each potential winner and verify the potential winner’s eligibility after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. If unable to verify eligibility, Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner within a reasonable time thereafter.  

Conditions/Taxes: Payment of all applicable federal, state, and local taxes is solely the responsibility of the winner. Because the ARV of the Prize is below $600, Sponsor does not anticipate issuing an IRS Form 1099; however, Sponsor reserves the right to require the winner to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent) with the winner’s full Social Security number or taxpayer identification number prior to Prize fulfillment. Failure to submit a requested Form W-9 will result in forfeiture of the Prize. As a condition of receiving the Prize, the winner may also be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release (and, where lawful, a publicity release) within the time period specified by Sponsor, and failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternate winner.  

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability: NEITHER SPONSOR NOR ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATED ENTITIES IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PRINTING OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED MATERIALS OR TRANSACTIONS THAT ARE PROCESSED LATE OR INCORRECTLY OR ARE LOST DUE TO COMPUTER OR ELECTRONIC MALFUNCTION.

Sole Remedy: If for any reason a Participant's entry is confirmed to have been voided or corrupted by any grossly negligent act of the Sponsor, Participant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, subject to availability and provided that the Sweepstakes has not then expired.  

Publicity/Use of Name and Likeness: Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a Prize, the winner consents to Sponsor’s and its designees’ use of the winner’s name, likeness, voice, IAA account or business name, photograph, statements, and biographical information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes, including on IAA-owned websites and social media channels, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, or additional compensation. Where consent is required by law, participation in this Sweepstakes and acceptance of the Prize constitute such consent, and the winner may be required to execute a separate publicity release as a condition of Prize fulfillment. 

Construction and Disputes: Participants waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Illinois, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, and shall in no event include attorneys’ fees. Sponsor reserves the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in Sweepstakes materials or these Official Rules. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.   

THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN THE FEDERAL OR STATE COURTS LOCATED IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
